Whether you have a chronic injury, sick of living in pain, or want to work on sports performance, our one on one, personal training sessions can help you achieve your goals!

Whether for sports performance or for pain management, Sofia believes that we need to look at the human from a holistic perspective (mind and body).
We will look at your breathing, your thoughts and emotions, hydration, nutrition, movement and sleep. And how each of these systems all play part in where our body is at.
After a full body assessment, we will create a personal program together which will target not just the specific injury, pain, or performance modality, but every aspect of the client’s health. Importantly, you will be enlightened as to how you can take ownership of your own body on a holistic level – not just the sight of pain.
For this reason, we ask our client’s to make an initial 12-session commitment to the program so that we can teach you about your body and how to help yourself.
If you are ready to take the plunge and commit to this 12-session program we will spend:
4 sessions on breath, the nervous system, balancing body structures and its relationship with your desired goal
4 sessions working on movement concepts and goal specific exercises
4 sessions honing in those skills so you can take all of the knowledge we have learned together into your everyday life.
While we recommend committing to a 12-session program, we totally understand that everyone’s situation is different so can work on individual sessions if required.

12 x 60min sessions = $2,000
When booking, we recommend a 12 session commitment to the process.
Everyone is unique and I will treat you as such. That is why I feel it is important to work through multiple continued sessions to not just give you exercises but to teach concepts, an understanding of what we are doing, the why, the feel , the how and really tapping into the nervous system’s role in how we walk through life.
Small Group Training
This semi-private service is for those wanting to level up their training for increased strength, flexibility and vitality in life. This option is a great way to undertake our program with friends or family and at a lower price point.

This is not your usual program. We will begin with an individual client assessment before sitting down to discuss both individual and group goals. We will then spend:
4 weeks on breath, the nervous system and its relationship with your desired goal;
4 weeks working on movement concepts and goal specific exercises;
4 weeks honing in those skills so you can take all of the knowledge we have learned together into your everyday life.

$90 per person or;
$1,000 per person for a 12-week program;
Sessions will be once or twice per week with 2-4 people in each group.
We recommend a 12-week commitment with these programs so we are able to observe the effectiveness of the program and adapt where needed to achieve the desired results.
Workshops
Decompress, refresh and reset with us. Through the lens of health, wellness and performance, we will go through tools and techniques to rediscover your personal power and unlock your full potential.

Our workshops are designed for work groups or a group of friends to decompress, refresh and reset with us.
We will take you through basic concepts of breathing, how we can influence our breath both through touch and hydrotherapy and how all of these things can influence our physical and emotional selves.
